(Dumb Mistake): Homelink Mirror Fail

I need some help with a dumb mistake I made. I got lazy and didn't disconnect the car battery (yes...I know, low voltage, lazy etc.) When I was about to connect the last wires up, I accidentally shorted the red/violet wire with the ground wire. I'm looking for some guidance to see if I have to just get a new/used dome light/sunroof control module? or can I reset this somehow using Toolset32 or something similar?

Homelink mirror still works (compass + other functions).

The following do NOT work anymore:
  • Interior Lighting (dome + cabin)
  • Alarm system (does not chirp during lock/unlock)
  • Sunroof controls
  • Passenger Airbag Fault

Thanks!

I decided to go into the fuse box and write down any possibly related modules from the table and it happened to be #62 (alarm siren) that affected all the other functions (vanity + cabin lights, alarm system, passenger airbag, surprisingly). Glad it was only a single fuse and not something more serious.
