Shock Sensor Install (Alarm)

I'll be installing the DEI 504D Shock Sensor along with an alarm retrofit using these DIYs:

DEI 504D shock sensor Harness...Version 2!
https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=365095

BMW E90 factory alarm system install
https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/diy-d...m-install.html

However, the description for the shock sensor states it's dual stage
"Warning alarm responds upon light impact, full alarm responds upon hard impact".

The BMW alarm is single stage, so simply using the harness from the DIY, using the low sensitivity would be the best option. However I think it might be possible to find and tap into whichever wire powers the 'chirp' sound when locking or unlocking the car.

What's your guy's thoughts?
