Will these settings fit a 335xi Coupe?

The current tire sizes are 245/40/18 front and 265/40/18 rear. Front is 18x8.5 ET 29 and rear is 18x9.5 ET 23.

My current setup is stock 225/45/17 front and 255/40/17 rear.
Front is 17x8 ET34 and rear is 17x8.5 ET 37

The front tires are a bit too aggressive for your car and the rear offsets are far too aggressive. We recommend a 35-40 front offset and 30-35 rear offset with 235 and 265 front and rear tires.

If I want them to fit, I must get the fenders rolled?
Do the rims fit and I just need different tires?

Thanks in advance.

Too aggressive... you might be able to make it work out back with rolling of rear fenders and aggressive camber. But the fronts i think your gonna rub on full turns for sure!!

Thanks for your Help Craig, I guess I'll have to pass on the purchase of the rims.
