Whoosing Sound

Hey Fellas! My car seems to continue to have these problems but this one is going to be more of a reassurance thing? Whenever I start up my car, I hear this whooshing, hollow sound coming from the car. It sounds like a crap ton of air just rushing out of somewhere but I also have an arm motor sports charge pipe but I cannot quite remember if this problem has happened before I got the CP. In the video, you can hear it more slightly towards the beginning. Possibly the cause of my engine malfunction?
Any suggestions?

don't bother to open the hood to try and pinpoint where it comes from or anything.

My guess would be somewhere in the engine bay. You try there?

I mean you don't have to be so petty about it, I'm just asking for help. And I've tried pinpointing the problem, but the sound is coming from the air intake connected to the chargepipe. Appreciate the effort to provide assistance or suggestions.

Yeah I have look around there, especially checking all my vacuum lines running around the engine, not to mention the air intake pipes and nothing is broken or blown up. I've done a smoke test on the car and it's not leaking from anywhere. And I'm quite sure that it's causing my engine malfunction whenever I'm accelerating in high gears such as 5th or 6th
A boost leak without no leaks?

how do you expect a random person from the internet to identify a sound, from outside the car, with 0 information given? We don't know when it started, if it was quiet at first then got louder, how long it's been like that, if it happens only at idle or at WOT, nothing. your video literally gave no useful information.

you want help from the internet? provide information to the internet.

if it comes from the air intake it probably has a leak. inspect it.

now stop acting like a little kid that demands instant satisfaction and go do some damned work to diagnose your car.

I'll take "shit that should have been in the original post for $2000, Alex."

If it's making the sound at idle then a smoke test should have revealed the culprit.

What codes are you getting with the engine malfunction message? I imagine this will be a 30FF, but there could be some codes accompanying it so you will need to read the codes to know for sure.

Do you have an aftermarket chargepipe? If not, I would say replace the factory plastic chargepipe now and go from there. These are notorious for cracking on the N55, even at stock boost levels.

He stated having an ARM charge pipe.

I would for sure check around both ends of that charge pipe for leaking.
