Bilstein B6 ride height too high

Hello guys i just installed a new bilstein b6 on my F36 but the passenger side is lower on the height than the driver side for about a half inch

strut bumpers, strut mounts, shields, and dust cover are brand new from the dealer the same for the bilstein struts, any idea of how can i fix this

should i need to replace the springs, only 60k miles on the car

I see you are on gravel for that picture, do you have a flat parking lot you can measure from?

During installation, did the technician inspect the springs? Are the springs still original?

How do you like it? Is it a huge improvement over stock as far as comfort? And handling?
My main complaint with my f30 suspension would be body roll at the moment
