N54 Dynamic Autowerx twin turbos !
So I bought these turbos based on a review from a YouTuber (vehicular DIY) . I just got them in the mail today. Will be updating as much info as I can. Just a heads up it took roughly 3 weeks to get them. So be prepared to wait. Response time from dynamic Autoworkx is quick. I have high hopes.
So i rebuilt my engine due to piston failure, soon after repalcing pistons, my turbos failed. Sorry if the pucture came out weird. First time posting here in a long time. I like that dynamic Autowerx sent me paper work of testing. Will be installing thia weekend! |

Here are more pictures. Looks like bank 2 turbo flange is slightly smaller, dont think it will be a problem, the flanges have a lip on them, I'm assuming it helps hold the inlets. My turbos were slightly damaged during shipping due to lack of care from FedEx, on the bracket for the diaphragm there was a scratch from when they dropped my package. Dynamic autowerx seemed willing to swap em out, but I'm sure they will be fine. Just goes to show that they value customer satisfaction. Just another update. Hope it helps

excuse my naive question - when you pass smog in cali and they do visual inspection, do they care about non-stock turbos? or they are looking for cats and intake to be stock?

these look identical to stock, no smog test shop is going to notice or in most cases even be able to see these enough to know.

Nice results and channel! When you first were running your custom 22psi e40 tune, what was your fuel set up? Just stage 2 lpfp? I'm considering these turbos plus inlets on my z4 35is. Thanks!
