MPPSK Flaps vibrating/rattling

So after my previous visit to the dealer, where they adjusted the heatshield.
the vibration noise was still very prominent when driving in sports mode.

Fast forward a few weeks, I pulled 2 fuses, and the flaps are now constantly open (woop!) so now a cold start from the car or any start of the car now has the vibrationy rattle noise but its 100x louder (than driving around hearing it).

took to dealer today, technician came out to listen, there was the vibration.. asked why its so loud on startup.. cause i pulled fuses to keep flaps open.

"well you shouldn't be doing that, that's probably what has caused the flaps to vibrate, If i was to replace the silencer and you pulled the fuses again i can't promise the flaps vibrating won't happen again."

I said that I have the car in sports mode constantly anyway, so technically the flaps are always open even if the fuses are in. having them open on a startup or cold start just means i have to sit on my driveway longer for the cats to warm, so surely its just a dodgy flap.

I think this is the kind of technician that hates the sound of loud cars and would ring the police if you didn't own a tesla for cold starts in the morning.
