Lumbar and side bolsters wont inflate

Recently my lumbar and side bolsters will not inflate. I can hear the motor trying to pump but none of the bladders inflate. I have the sport seats with lumbar and side bolster option. The car has 153k on it.

Any ideas on what the problem is and how to fix it?
