So glad it finally arrived. Unlike most of the others that are HEA cars mine was a special order build from the beginning. Going to get prepped today and install ALP and radar and good to go! Will post an update once we have picked it up.

So sorry been busy with work and a funeral. So it is a 2020 X3M comp Dark Graphite with Black/Midrange Beige/Alcantara and all options except M mobility and M drivers which would delete the sunroof and extend the build time 2 months. ALP is antilaser priority laser jammer and DSP radar detector. Car is getting prepped but here are the delivery pics and some install pics of the laser jammers going in. I plan on adding the M performance rear spoiler and the steering wheel with cf paddles but that is all for now. Also the winter M package tires as well.

I ordered it the first day the order bank opened. At the time there were no allocations. The midwest regional rep called my dealership and noted the order was there for so long so they gave us an immediate allocation for one and moved it up to the first available open week 27. They were great in how they took care of me, then again this was my 11th car and I have a M8 in the works as well.

Yes i owned the F85 with $20k in mods and 720hp. Sold it back in the fall and this was the keep me rolling in the winter on the F95!

No problem buddy. Pick it up Friday. Size wise it is still smaller especially in the back but given it is 500lbs lighter it should be a handling rocket. Looking underneath it I can tell you all the control arms are aluminum alloy and many are forged M parts. A size able amount of money invested in upgrading the suspension for sure. Also I plan on eventually having a M8 for the summer and selling off my B7 for a new F95 X5M after that. We may keep the X3M but we will see.

They are coming once we pick it up. The dark graphite sparkles in the sun it truly is spectacular and in lower light is similar to black sapphire. Those were taken by my SA and we pick it up tomorrow.

We ordered with the M Driver and without the Sunroof. The build week has been scheduled at 32. I hope the specs do not cause a constraint hold.

So that starts Monday, 5 Aug, which would correlate with a 1 Aug SOP as initially indicated in the Spring. We've been waiting to order our build with those specs as well to see if iD7 also makes an appearance with the new SOP.

Has anyone heard anything definitive yet about iD7? Not a major deal as we like iD6 and the current gauges, but as we're not in a lease-return situation waiting three-four more weeks to make sure isn't an issue for us.

Yes, I called on my order which is week 36 and the BMW Genius (while reviewing the build) voluntarily advised that ID7 is included...and I really don't care which system it comes with because I too like ID6 and the gauges that are on the launch vehicle....

Curious as I was told no ID7 for the X3 only the updated IP for the nonM X3 vehicles. I guess we will see. Doesn't make sense since the X3M is a 2020 model that it would have a change 2 months into production. Either way not a deal breaker for us and the opinion is the M5 IP is better. I have a new X5 G05 with the new ID7 and IP display and it is ok.
