Red help removing part of front bumper guard

New x3 owner and trying to remove the black section of the front bumper, below the silver grills.

I need to add a license plate holder, which is not a problem BUT I also need to route a 22 volt wire from the plate.

Any ideas appreciated.
Thanks
Doug

Why do you need to run a 22v wire?

Bad typing.
Adding a 12 volt wire to a strobe light bracket on the license plate holder.
Guess I need to look at plan ‘B’

Thanks
