X3 or GLC next?

For my next vehicle, I’m thinking of 2020 X3 or GLC. Any ideas when the 2020 vehicles gonna be out?

The dealership has been sending me lease offer deals the past 2 mos now.

When would be the best time to get a good deal on a lease? I read June/July Nov/Dec is the best time to get deals.

Is it true BMW no longer offer MSD’s but MB offers up to 10? Is that significant enough to lower MF that will make MB more favorable when it comes to leasing?

There are good deals on 2019 models. I'd look at those first. Check out leasehackr.com

Those offers suck. Read the fine print—the low monthly payments are possible because of a large down payment. You want the zero down deals. FYI with a little homework you can beat those deals. Those are very often sucker deals that seem so good that most people don't negotiate.

That depends on the car and the manufacturer. Check out leasehackr.com for current deals.

BMW currently offers MSDs in my region. The effectiveness of the MSD depends on the buy rate MF. A lower MF is negated by a low residual value. If these terms are foreign to you, do some homework and learn to calculate your lease payment yourself. It will give you a good understanding of how leases work and how to negotiate a lease.
