Offset Help?

Looking at:

19x9.5 et 20 F 255/35/19
19x11 et 45 R 285/30/19

I have been reading through some of the threads and some people go et 40 rear with a 19x11. Any input before I pull the trigger?

11 inch ET45 rear will make the wheel 18mm closer to the inside compared to stock. I'm not sure if there is enough room.

Also I don't like that it would look uneven. The front is 15mm wider and the rear is only 7mm wider than stock (by wider I mean how it lines up with the fender.

ET40 would be a better fit, fortunately it can easily be fixed by a 5mm spacer.

I haven't spec'd the build yet so I can tell them et 40.

Please don't base your order just on my information. I don't have experience with putting 11" wheels on the M2 but other people in this subforum do. I just know that the stock setup needs 10mm front and 8mm rear to be perfectly flush (more on a lowered car)
