So I got a PCN for driving my 2019 Euro 6 X3 M40i in central London surely this is a mistake but has anyone else had this issue?

I just checked my car here, and it came back fine. Are you sure it’s for ULEZ?

The problem lies with TfL.
I have a Nissan Juke as a company car, Euro 6, 65 plate. When ULEZ was first announced, I used the online checker and it said the car did not meet the standards. After some emails to TfL that they were wrong (attached documentation, and letter from leasco) they initially stuck to their guns they were right. Then 3-4 weeks on, I checked again, and the car had become acceptable to avoid the ULEZ charge. No explanation, nothing. As a test, I've found a 2019 X3 on Auto Trader, input the reg no. and there is no ULEZ charge, so clearly their info is erroneous. |
