Hi my 2017 320d sport has an awful rattle inside seems like it's the doors or the roof can't figure it out and also when stopped at lights it completely cuts out and loses all power doesnt do it everytime the air con has also stopped working.Any help greatly appreciated

It sounds like you have Stop/Start operating, if the car restarts when you take your foot off the brake, then you're OK, its meant to do that to save poisoning pedestrians with your exhaust fumes.

Is the AirCon switched on? Its easy to turn it off accidentally. There should be a red light showing if the aircon is on.

If you're in EcoPro then the aircon effectiveness is reduced, to save fuel, so maybe its that?
