damn construction zones!!!!!!

I was driving ever so happy the other day when i come across a construction zone where the streets are kinda resemble a battlefield from some hollywood movie. So im driving through this death trap carefully and wam!!! i hit a section where i $h!t you not the man hole covers where up on what looked like mole hills!! i dodged 2 before the third got me. mind you this is at 25 or so miles i had to slow the heck down when i saw all this bull in front of me. So now ive got 2 dent rims that make a stupid flat tire sound when i drive.I mean arent they supposed to put up those horrible steel things and then make asphault ramps in areas like this!! Id bug the city to caugh up the cash but why bother, ive got a great rim guy who can fix both left front and rear rims for about 160 so its not that huge of a deal but yeah. Moral of the story crawl in construction zones if you have after market rims!!

Man, I hate those big metal plates they just throw down, I hit one at speed (no warning) a couple of days ago. Luckily no damage for me but seriously...

my sister drove through a construction zone and later found 6 nails in one tire!!!!!!!!!

yeah, i mean i know its our own doing for adding bigger wheels and all, but come on!! even if i had my stock rims it would of been a jarring ride! and besides, if they are gonna tear up the road cant they at least leave one lane functional and then switch sides? i know it would take more time, but they take such a long time in the first place getting anything done tha i would not matter! grrrrrrr!! getting mad all over again just thinking about it. Sick of driveng around in my run flats again!
