Not unless you're into fabrication. You'll need to cut out the old section and figure out a way to install the new valance. I believe I read about someone who did this a few years ago...

The m sport is made as a 2 piece and yours is made as 1.
They call them bumper covers but there are underlying parts also.

The way you worded this is YES from the question you posted. But from the above replies they are referring to the diffuser. Is that what you're asking cause you're working it wrong

My mistake I did mean the valance

There is a Hamann diffuser for your car. You will have to fabricate a way to mount it. It's been done quite a few times
