Aluminum Trim

I haven't seen the aluminum trim in real life but is the aluminum trim real aluminum? The trim on the e46 was plastic except the M3 which was the brushed aluminum (will e90 use brushed aluminum?)

To me, the E90 trim looks a hell of alot better then the plastic E46 silver trim (which I have).. the E90 trim definatly looks like its real aluminum, looked very similar to the real aluminum used in Audis. But im not sure if it is real aluminum, but definatly looks like it.

is the aluminum brushed textured? I am still deciding between the aluminum and the burl walnut wood trim...

Yeah, brushed aluminum, it's very similar(the same?) to the M3's.

The only reason I went with the burl instead of aluminum was because I chose the terra interior. The burl, I felt, gave the interior a warmer look. The aluminum looks the sharpest with black leather. The contrast is unbeatable.

I like the aluminium with the terra a lot! I think that is the best combo you can get in an E90!
