Accessing Emails via iDrive

Anyone else having problems accessing their emails in car via iDrive > Communication > Online Mail ?

The app loads OK but then, instead of displaying the 3 email accounts I have set up as it did until about a week ago, it just goes to a screen showing 'Add Account'.

I have removed the accounts via the Connected Drive Online Portal and added them again (and they show correctly on the portal page) but the iDrive still shows 'Add Account'.
Thanks.

Why wouldn’t you just read your emails on your phone?

Thanks for that. It's good to know it isn't just me. I'll mention that to the Connected Drive experts when I speak to them later.

Thank you for your response. However I'm not sure how that answers my question, or even helps, as I am already fully aware of what other methods of accessing my emails are available to me.

I wasn't trying to help, I'm just genuinely interested as to why reading emails on iDrive is beneficial?

Is it because the idrive will read them out for you like text messages ?

(I havent got Connected Services so dont know if this is what it does)
