OTA Updates Now Available???

According to multiple blogs/sources, OTA I drive updates are available as of today, 5/27. Has anyone tried and had luck? When I check, it still says I'm running the "latest version," 11/2018.55, which I know isn't true.

There is another thread on this topic here: https://g05.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1618572

Seems like a phased rollout which makes sense imagine every iDrive 7.0 car suddenly trying to connect to the server and download a few hundred megabytes worth of updates.

You're right. in UK the OTA function hasn't been turned on yet (according to Connected Drive helpdesk) but is expected early June ...

I believe nobody (around the Globe) has been able to get OTA yet and by the looks of things, doubt anyone will prior to 2020
