Some reference the prices individuals have received on this board, Edmonds, or Leasehacker. Is the 10% before or after incentives?

Seems to be a decent discount, counter offer 11% off and see what happens. Even if they don't budge it seems like you are getting a good deal.

Should be making offers based on numbers you're getting from other dealers rather than Edmunds or KBB. And not just limited to local dealers. The true market could be at a price above or below invoice depending on how motivated dealers are. A 10% discount sounds good already but you won't really know unless you find out what other dealers are selling their cars for. Also, below invoice can still be a 'base'.
