Wheel size?

My manual lists wheel combos for 16, 17, and 19” tires.

Looks like a lot are running 18’s.

How do I know if 18,s will fit?

see the official brochure for that model below. The 330i sport package came with 18x8 front and 18x8.5 rear. 18x8.0 all around will fit fine

I guess for some reason the xi models avoid the 18” wheels. Guess I’ll go with 17s.

I have the same combos. I use 18' and no police said anything.
