MPPSK Exhaust Flap Failure?

For some reason, when I started the car this morning, I could not get the exhaust flaps to open. Normally they open in sport and sport+.

I haven't touched the exhaust except for a downpipe. I looked at the actuators themselves and they do not have any damage. Any ideas as to why? Anything I can do to troubleshoot?

I'm on a stage 2 flash, but even when reverting back to stock, no luck.

Thanks!

Found code 138102 and it's directly related to the exhaust flap actuators. I wonder if there is a blown fuse somewhere

Updating just in case someone in the future needs help. Found fuse 146 to be the culprit. Replaced and issue resolved.
