Gesture Control Credit has disappeared?

So my dealer had my car in production however they had added an option I did not want. When the correct build was submitted the following day it no longer had the Gesture Control credit on it. He said that was because BMW was no longer offering it and had fixed the problem. In a day? Anyone have or not have Gesture Control on their build for late April?

Mine has it. Build date of 4/28/19.
