MPPSK via BM3

I got a question. If someone had MPPSK and flashed their car with BM3, the stock DME "tune" which is MPPSK tune will be saved on their BM3 account. Can that tune be used on another car? It'll be as if the other car got the tune part of MPPSK?

No. The software/account is locked to your VIN. You can't share tunes (stock or purchased) with other cars.
