It begins! My E92 335i's first mods. Before / after.

Well, only had it stateside since the weekend and I'm already up to no good

Mods so far:

-Matte black grilles (from Cyba)
-GP Thunder 7500k Angel Eyes
-GP Thunder 7500k Cornering
-OEM aero lip
-GG Bailey fitted trunk mat (carpeted, matches floor mats) - not shown
-Hardwired my trusty and basic 6 year old Cobra radar detector

Stock grilles

Black grilles

Stock Angel Eye bulbs:

GP Thunder 7500k

OEM cornering bulb:

GP Thunder 7500k cornering bulb:

Hardwired my trusty radar detector (well, just used fusebox):

Before aero lip:

After aero lip:

Future (hopefully near) things:

-H&R Sport Springs (until $$ for coilovers)
-New budget wheels (so far thinking Gunmetal VMR CSLs or Linea Corse Lemans in hyperblack)
-Paint or vinyl cover window trim

On the way:

-OEM 328i lower black grilles

Thanks! Yeah, I haven't decided on those reflectors yet. I don't mind the amber look though.

yo when u said sth about cornering bulb
is it the one beside the projector?
when u make a turn the other light will turn on?
do we need H7 or H3 for that light?

Thanks all! I bought the car knowing that I woudn't be happy until I had a lot of these mods done, so I'm trying to get there soonest

Yep, its the inside beam. I believe its the H3, but I may have it confused. I know you need H8's and H3's to cover the angel eyes and the cornering lights.

I got them from Tischer, but let me go ahead and warn you. Modifying the left side 328 grille is going to be a royal pain in the ass. The plastic piece that blocks the airflow to the oil cooler (when you put these on a 335i) is not just "easy to cut off with an exacto" as some people implied. The plastic blocking is actually molded into half of the grid itself (so you'd have to go into each cell in the mesh and cut the plastic out). I'm probably going to just take the stockers out and paint or have them powder coated now that I know this first hand.
