2007 E90 328i Jet Black Lease Takeover Low Payment

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
2007 E90 328i available for lease takeover 299/mo NY

Car Spec:
Jet Black
Black leatherette
Tire pressure monitor
6-speed steptronic Automatic
Dark burl walnut wood trim
Moonroof
Power front seats w driver memory
Heated seats
Ipod and usb adapter

Condition:
Everything is in excellent condition except that there is a door ding on the rear right passenger door and a tiny scratch (around or less than half an inch) on the rear bumper. I will post more pictures of the ding and the scratch later in the week. No accident or any bodywork.

The wheels and rims only have about 200 miles on them as I swap them out with a set of OEM 18s (Please note that the wheels in the picture are the 18s which are not included in the lease takeover). The car will come with the original wheels and tires so you pretty much have brand new tires.

Lease details:

-Lease ends on June 15, 2009. You will have the option to buy out the car or to extend the lease with BMW Financial Services
-The car will be available starting end of August so you have about 10 months before lease ends

-Current mileage is around 2500, would probably have 3000 miles by end of month
20,000 mile limit so you will have approximately 17,000 miles for the next 10 months or 1700 miles/mo
I am foregoing all my down payment and am not asking for any down. Payment is $299/mo

-Lessee is responsible for all fees and expenses from BMW Financial Services
(Will go through details with BMW FS but I think it is just the credit application fee and the document fee and the security deposit)

-After the credit application goes through, I need a $300 security deposit which will be fully refunded upon transfer of lease

-I prefer not to ship but if it does require shipping, lessee is responsible for all shipping arrangements and charges

The reason I am letting it go is because I will be relocating out of the States.
I think this is one of the lowest payment 3 series with the most mileage you can get in the market

Please pm me if you have any questions
