Speed Assistant

Hi all,
Just got my X5 2019 (G05) last week. I have seen automatic speed detection and adjustment in active Cruise Control on various Youtube videos but couldn't find that option in my X5. I am in Australia so my guess is that could be because of country limitation. Is the option missing for anyone else?
Active Cruise Control detects the speed automatically but I have press SET button to adjust new limit.

That's how it is here. It's not accurate enough to justify automatic adjustment anyway.

It doesn't really register school zones that well, and has noted 100kmh limits when in town.

Although surprisingly it did recognise the variable speed limit when there was debris on the highway.
