Bootmod3 m235 mi (stage1)

Hey guys Ive been doing some research and can only find stuff regarding stage 2! Im planning on tuning my car with bootmod3 and using stage 1 as I want a modest tune . Does anyone know the boost pressure ? And if you should be running colder spark plugs ?
Any info would be great !

The most active B58 tuning discussions happen in the 3-series message boards, so I'd search for your question there and see if it's been answered.

what are your supporting mods? You should have no issues on stock plugs. I've been running stage 2 for almost 2 years now on stock plugs. 0 problems!

I am running bootmod3 with stage 1 on my M235i. Only change I did was the CP, everything else is stock. Runs great!

I have been running for ~200 miles so far without issue. I had a jb+ and the bms was significantly more noticeable. It feels like a different car to be honest.

This would be helpful advice if only you searched first to learn that OP's m235i does not have the B58 engine. It uses the N55, unlike your M240i.

Keep in mind with flash tune its not just about boost since fueling and timing is also altered.

I ran stock plugs on my 235 for quite a while with OTS stage 2 91 with no issue. Have since changed to NGK recommended by PTF. Currently am running a custom tune, but IIRC stage 2 OTS 91 was about 15 psi and stage 1 91 was slightly less just under 14. No 93 in SoCal so never ran these.

Who is PTF that suggested the plug change? I'm putting new plugs in . So I'm trying to figure out which ones to put in . Thanks !

Sorry Pro Tuning Freaks. They make BM3. Here is a link to the plug recommendation article.
