What are you doing? I'm up in Broadview Hts. But I have an F33.

I've been trying to find a carbon fiber sunroof delete/filler panel for the F30 chassis, and my search led me to ECS Tuning. It seems no one has released one yet, but while searching, an ECS rep suggested I reach out to their R&D department to see if it's something they'd be interested in developing. Turns out they are interested - and it seems they're amenable to other potential projects as well. They asked when I could bring my car in to do some scanning/measurements, etc... which is great, except that I'm 6+ hours away.

So I was wondering if there might be some other F30 enthusiasts in the Akron, OH area who'd be interested in helping bring to life a sunroof delete kit, or potentially some other new performance parts. But in terms of the sunroof delete insert, I don't think your F33 will work!

Hopefully there are some others out there who'd be interested!

I hate sunroofs; I should have ordered mine without one. Makes the car a greenhouse.

I was thinking about buying some vinyl-warp, the same color as the car, and covering it up. I already added more tint to it, but I wonder if it just makes it hotter, if anything (because it is blacker).
