F30 335iX possible transmission fluid leak?

Hi guys,

I did the oil change today and my mechanic mentioned that there is a sign of minor transmission fluid leak. The car is at 107k km currently.

How do you guys think if I brought it to the dealership for transmission fluid leak claim?

If you look at the pictures, red area shows dark brown oil marks smearing off the pan.

Was the transmission fluid ever changed in the past?

You're almost at the perfect interval to do a trans fluid change with new pan and filter. ZF recommends 100k km intervals. If I were you, I'd definitely get the service done. If you were at 200k km, then it might be better to let sleeping dogs lie, but this is pretty much the perfect opportunity.
