How to Get Out of my Lease? ('07 e90 335i)
Anyone know the best way to get out of my lease (BMW Finance)? I have an '07 e90 335i with only 8900 miles on it after a year - I have 15k per year allotted. My payments around $670 if anyone wants basically a two year lease with 18k miles per year left on it. I drive 4 miles to work and it's all traffic, it's pretty senseless to have 300 bhp and never break 30mph, and have to shift between 1st and 2nd the whole time. It pains me to ask it, but I'm starting to think it's really not worth it. |

I would list the lease for assumption on swapalease.com or leasetrader.com. Both of these companies should help you with the details of a potential lease assumption. The person assuming the lease will have to meet BMW Finance's credit requirements, and there may be a transfer fee. You may also want to think about adding a small cash incentive make the deal attractive. Good luck!
