Front Tag on Tow bar trend
Front Tag on Tow harness Trend
PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME. ITS THE MOST RIDICULOUS TREND I HAVE SEEN SINCE THE ROOF BIKE RACK, What is the philosophy behind the idea that this looks cool? Most of the time it comes loose and is just handing lop sided. If you are going to put a tag on the front bumper, it looks much more symmetrical, centered rather than off to the side on the tow harness...I expect the reason being is to preserve the bumper and not drill tag holes..there are other options, but please stop with the tag on tow bar shit..It is not appropriate to do this just because everyone is doing it. Its tacky, and juvenile. Please stop. Its embarrassing to our community. STOP |

U felt so strongly about this u had to make two threads about it?
How about we stop the trend of being attention seeking douchebags on the forum complaining about what other people do.

Please, do tell about all these other options? I don’t run with a front plate since the dealership I bought it from didn’t have it on. I should though based on state laws. As you mentioned I don’t want to drill holes into the bumper to mount one.

A friend of mine was moving and had to sell his vehicle quickly. Buyer from a state where only rear plate is required looked at the car, reviewed maintenance history, and saw the tow hook mounted front plate and decided to buy the car.
Reason: no need to fill the holes in the front bumper. There is value in the smallest of things. |
