HELP! 2013 F30 Weird low tone whirring/buzzing noise from HVAC

I drive 2013 335xi and found weird noise coming from my HVAC.
Whirring noise only happens in low HVAC setting. (Heating/AC)
Last time I visited BMW they replaced blow motor and refilled freon gas.

In 00:27 of video below, you can hear low tone whirring/buzzing like noise after turning high to low heating.
Any one had this issue?

I've never gotten up close to my dash but it seems normal? If you adjust any settings there's flaps/doors moving in your dash to push air in certain ways or open the heater valve.

If it happens for a few seconds after changing something, that's normal, if it's always like that either something isn't deactivating or your blower motor is making noise once again

The clogs are on the cabin air filter, are you asking where the cabin air filter is located ? It's located under the the passenger glove box. I've seen the cabin air filter gets all kind of gunk in it that it affects the A/C fan making weird noises.

Can’t hear the noise in your video, but sometimes hvac noises are benign and sometimes they indicate something is going bad. My E46 hvac did a lot of buzzing, clicking, beeping, and humming but never had an issue. But the X5 started with some low grumbling sounds and needed a new fan and/or resistor.

My F30 fan has started giving my weird noises the past year, like low grinding/grumbling sounds and sometimes varying fan speed. I’m pretty sure it’s going to need some kind of repair soon.

Sounds more like a blower motor bearing rattle. are you SURE they changed it?

The other thing to check is the air intake under the hood. It is notorious for gathering debris. Maybe something in there is vibrating at the lower fan speed.
