It'll be coming! Drove 300 miles to get it and came back. Need to wash it to do it justice before posting pics. Stay tuned!

Alright...it's a pretty basic 340i xdrive. Has M Sport aero kit, cold weather package (a must in the Midwest these days)...and pretty much it! But from what I gathered, a lot of premium stuff as standard..(?) but the main reason I got it was for the B58 engine and it doesn't disappoint!!

Where I am, it's only legal to tint the rear quarter and rear window. All of our cars have back up sensors and cameras now a days, so I went limo black. That's what I did when I first got the car, here's some pix

As for the black kindey grill, it is a must, I got that done immediately too, I personally prefer the single slats myself because I don't have the M sport body so I don't want to be a poser lol:

I actually think your car looks better with the factory chrome grills. Black cars always do.

Based on the pictures. First thing you need to do is use a polisher on that black paint. Make it shine and swirl free. Congrats. Love my b58 as well. First BMW and it's been 4 months now.

The m-style grills looks sick - I think it's fine to do - as long as no m badge on it - or anywhere else

No M badge for sure...I do have the badge on my steering wheel, door trim, and the foot pad...but that came with the car for having the m sport package. But not adding any badges on my own, that's for sure.

Not sure about your state laws, but in IL, it's 35% all around, and nothing on the windshield. Whatever you end up getting, make sure you use high quality fade free tint. I've always done LLumar CTX 35% all around (including sun roof) and sky blue on the windshield. It's more $$, but worth it because it doesn't fade. You do NOT want the metallized tint because it'll block your cell signal.
When I got my car last year it was already tinted by the previous owner, but they used some shit quality tint and it's already fading to purple. I'll end up having to pay extra to have it removed and the good stuff put on.
Also, for the grille, I specifically didn't want the double slat so I ordered the AutoTecknic CF single slat on that ebay sale yesterday. Of course the seller is now out of them and I'm going to have to wait to get it... but whatever, I saved like $55 off the Amazon price.

I have black double slats on my 328i, so I obviously don't think it's sacrilegious. If I can pull it off so can you lol.

I went with 35% tint all around, could be darker but i'm happy with it.
