My E92 335i w/ M3 DCT Steering.

Being hooked on GT5 with a G25 steering is fun. But having the 335 with the paddles made me lose races time and again when I used the left paddles to downshift on the stock 335 paddles when it actually upshifted. I decided to put a . to it and got the M3 DCT steering. Back in the business and goddyamn, I think i am going to play GT5 in my car from now on. This thing hauls ass. I feel really natural with this setup. Sorry for the poor quality photos. Wasnt really good as it was dark however the N82 still was able to give you an idea of how it looked. Hope to get better pics up soon. The paddles operate the same way as the stock ones and in no way have I lost any functionality. Everything works as it should incluiding the drive mode where u can switch to D and use the manuals and it reverts back to D when you are not shifting.

Did I not mention the steering feels like the best silky tits god has yet to create?

Cheers!

Nice!

Any reason why you didn't go for the BMW Performance steering wheel?

great looking. The shift paddles in the regualr 3 automatic is set up the wrong way. Customers always get confused. When they say they are confused I say "No Problem get a stick and you wont have to worry about it". They usually get a kick out of that and laugh.

The performance steering uses the paddles similar to the one on the stock steering. As much as I like the steering, I realised that i could not live with the conventional paddles on the steering.

Car is running great man! However, I do get a second of ticking sometimes at abt 2-1.6k rpm. Very faint but I guess its nothing. Besides, they did not flash my progman so i guess its better that way!

Do you really think every car is made and based on the US market? You need to photoshop yourself first. Singapore cars are RHD not LHD.

The M3 DCT paddles on the 335 works like the stock M3 DCT paddles. What i was trying to say is that the BMW performance steering operates like the stock 335i paddles which is why I didnt really like it cause I was used to the left paddle downshift and right paddle upshift.

Actually i got my regular workshop to do it for me. Nothing major I reckon as he installed it in a day together with my D1S bulbs. But I am advised that the paddleshifter kit is VERY VERY expensive.
