Horn not working on Drivers side

Hello just looking for some help regarding my horn not working on the drivers side , am i correct in saying this is the low pitched horn ? My car sounds like a clown car at the moment . I am sort of toying with the idea of replacing both with these

Is it in warranty? Common fault and warranty fix.....
