Need new tyre
Realised the other day that I got a bulge in my drivers side front tyre, must have gotten it from going over a pot hole or something
I went to BMW and they quoted me £237 for a new tyre to be put on and that's with family discount/mate rates! Can anyone suggest a good site or place that's in Essex that would maybe be a bit cheaper? I don't want to go paying out £237 if I can get it cheaper elsewhere. My current tyre is Bridgestone 19" run flat. Thanks in advance for any help giving! |

Where in Essex you based? I have a part worn Bridgestone that I kept when I replaced all the tyres on my car. Think has around 5mm of tread left £40 and it’s yours!

This is precisely why you never go to a main dealer for a tyre.
camskill tyreleader blackcircles mytyres costco I personally use a mobile tyre fitter, saves messing around. But he is a bit far north for you shandy drinkers! |

I just got 2 goodyear eagle f1 as2 for £320 from costco.
Both my fronts have bulges with 6mm left.... gutted but i guess joys of rft. Next cheapest was blackcircle £356 which my dealer price matched.... (quoted £257 each!!) Would rather get a dealer fit them incase they damage them.... would be a replacement and not a refurb. |

I only got the car 3 months ago, so to have a bulge already kinder pee'd me off! But as said the joys of rft!
Will note down all these sites though, just going to go with a temp solution for now and put a part worn one on with a decent amount of tread. I think I'll have to invest in a whole new set for safe measures incase anything like this happens again in the future! |
