320D Auto Stop/Start not working
2017 F31 320d Sport Auto.
Stop/Start no longer works. Ok so maybe I haven't used the car much recently (100+miles per week only maybe)and the battery charge may be a bit lower than usual but I did a fairly quick 90miles today and at the end stop/start didn't work and I still had the slash through it on the display. I hate stop/start and usually turn it off anyway but I don't like the idea of something not being quite right with the car. Any ideas? |

It's winter.
High use of electrics, recent (though most certainly not right now) cold temperatures, and, as you say yourself, if the car hasn't been getting large amounts of use = a relatively low battery charge, leading to stop/start not running. And even if it continues and it is a problem, the car is under warranty. So why stress over it ? Especially if you hate the 'feature' anyway |

Thanks for that. Yes I think I need a call to the dealer, I must have some sort of a problem that need sorting. Unsure if anything else that I haven't spotted yet that is being affected that is my slight concern although certainly not stressed about it!
