2017 F31 320d Sport Auto.
Stop/Start no longer works.
Ok so maybe I haven't used the car much recently (100+miles per week only maybe)and the battery charge may be a bit lower than usual but I did a fairly quick 90miles today and at the end stop/start didn't work and I still had the slash through it on the display.
I hate stop/start and usually turn it off anyway but I don't like the idea of something not being quite right with the car.
Any ideas?

It's winter.

High use of electrics, recent (though most certainly not right now) cold temperatures, and, as you say yourself, if the car hasn't been getting large amounts of use = a relatively low battery charge, leading to stop/start not running.

And even if it continues and it is a problem, the car is under warranty.

So why stress over it ?

Especially if you hate the 'feature' anyway

I coded mine out, all it does it cause more stress on internals for a few mpg.

I do few mile too, start/stop always seems very active, even today on a cold morning

Thanks for that. Yes I think I need a call to the dealer, I must have some sort of a problem that need sorting. Unsure if anything else that I haven't spotted yet that is being affected that is my slight concern although certainly not stressed about it!
