Is 68mm of oil ok???! (1C4119 and 201004)

Hi

Due to vacation and what not I cannot get the oil level sensor replaced (everything is closed in China during new year).

So simple question:
How much does the 68mm with running engine compare to in terms of min <-> max? Should I add an extra quart before driving the 500 miles back home again? Is there a kind soul out there with his oil level at max that could check what this equals to in ISTA?

I suspect the iDrive measurement does not work because the temperature part of the oil level sensor does not work. Testing the actual oil temp sensor all looks good.
