I don't think it is supported outside of Car Play.

You can use your own Deezer account to log into. It is paid for if you got Online Entertainment when you bought the car (but you don't get a discount or anything... so no financial benefit of logging in with an existing premium account..) At the end of year 1 (assuming brand new car)... you have to pay £160 to renew Online Entertainment, which pays for Deezer Premium subs + of course the EE SIM airtime for another year I know because I did this - can't wait for them to do Spotify, Deezer is pants!
