How to deal with a car shop that won't fix things they broke?

The car shop that installed my new H&R Springs broke the rear deck of my brand new 530e. Anyone have experience or recommendations on how to deal with them. I have talked to them and they have not agreed to fix it yet. What are my options, small claims court?

Thanks, Chris

Did you pay with a credit card? Call credit card comp to dispute the charges if the work is unsatisfactory or unfinished. Just a idea for quickest response. It will get their attention.

Post your expense on yelp that worked for my son with a body shop that did a horrible paint job. The shop manager called and offered to take care of everything.

Garage List
Most importantly: don't ever go back for repairs!
Who knows what else they break...

Go to an expert (or BMW-authorized) workshop, have them document the damage, do the work and then use their invoice against the first shop

Thanks for the suggestions. They say they will fix it now, let's see.
