Read so many posts about Macao Blue and thought some of us might be curious, what it really looks like?!

Hope these help

My take
It's beautiful but personally don't thinks it's that exotic, despite being super unique! Not sure about 5200$, not going there, whether as an IDIVIDUAL BMW COLOR IS worth it or not! That's very subjective!

It's got a bluish hue, not enough for me to shell out 5200$, but as part of a good deal I didn't mind, because I'm sure I'm paying for it

Looks like this was your car that you turned into Sewell BMW when you picked up your Comp. Apparently b/c it was so close to new, Sewell got BMW NA to give an exception so they could lease the car (even though technically it was pre-owned) since it had so few miles and was like new.

My CA at Sewell said the color wasn't purple enough for you...so what color did you go with? I'd love to see pics of what replaced this.

I'm not gonna lie... It's like if your girl gets a drastic haircut or changes her hair color or gets breast implants... They all look like it could be different cars lol...

Cheating on your car - with your car...

But gorgeous color, I'm not taking away from that, lol

It was mine, yes. I custom ordered it with Sewell and don’t commute to work so that’s why the low miles. I thought it would be a little less dark and so at times it looked blackish. I really wanted the comp package but Bryan there talked me into just getting this. When the comp came out, I was determined to keep this car, but Bryan kept working me over with deals.

Basically I of course lost money trading it in and you I am sure got a great car loaded with everything. I ended up with the comp in a color I really like, Daytona Violet.

I have read these forums for a while now but it was your pics of the car that convinced me I had to join to post and see.

BTW, I put chemical guys C9 ceramic coating on it and the windows have aquapel applied so thatís why it beads water so well. The windows last about a year and sometimes more. I drive in Texas rain all the time with no wipers with this applied and in FL too.

Glad someone on here got it, like I said, I read here all the time for the last couple of years. I had two M4s prior to these M5s.
