Are the valves in the exhaust always 100% open i sport+?

Are they always open or are the valves open different depending on load?

Not always open! They open only on load and throttle input.

In sport and sport+ immediately when you touch the throttle, in efficient you really have to go WOT and high revs to have them open fully.

In 4th gear and over 3K rpm, they tend to close again if you don't go fully WOT. While cruising they are always closed until you WOT it again.

So cruising at around 2-3k rpm in sport+ they are closed even in 2-3 gear?

Probably easier to just pull the 2 fuses that control the valves. Directions are mid first page below.

I didn't think coding generally affected warranty at all, I've had a bunch of customers who code their cars and we knew about it but it didn't mean or do anything warranty-wise.
