M850i pricing offer

Hi
Can someone chime in on this deal.
Price. Euro invoice plus $500 $108,000
Quoted MF of 0.00222 plus ED uplift of 0.0003
Could apply 7xMSD reducing MF by 0.00035
No loyalty credit for ED
No cap cost reduction
Comes to monthly for $1700 (10k per year 3yrs)
Residual of 54%

Question:
- MF sounds high to me
- what is a better deal than this (current offer of $1500/month for US delivery) which can be had with MSDs
Includes $5500 cap cost reduction.

Which is better?

MF looks marked up by .0004 - the base MF for Dec 2018 should be .00182.

ED invoice plus $500 sounds fair. I'd just ask for the base MF and do MSD if you're looking to lower the MF even further.

The finance guy showed me the screenview from BMW stating it as 220 basis points. The ED uplift is .0003 bringing to .0025. 7 MSDs bring this down by .00035 so really the net is .00215. Not sure the savings from MSD is worth tying up at the lower discount now.

I have worked the numbers and it makes more sense to do BMW Select with very little down (5k) and I can still get ED price. Comes to about $1495/m inc taxes. If the REsidual value changes in Jan or Feb, lease might make sense again.

Happy holidays.

I believe the base rate is .00182 as well manufacturers will print retail rate sheets to make marked up rates look legit.

I will check with my dealer again. I'm surprised that they would uplift knowing that I find these things out.

Unfortunately BMW FS allows them to markup the rate by .0004 so they try to do it on every deal unless you bring it up.

Oh sure, I'm fine with that - the scummy part is the whole "oh uh, I don't know what you mean, mister customer, this is straight from BMW, look at my computer screen!"
