Would European Delivery be a work-around to get a manual transmission?

Just assumed my next vehicle purchase would be the 3-series in 2019, until I read that no offer of a manual transmission will be made to the US. Wondering if possible to do a European Delivery of the new 3-series, and get a manual transmission would even be a possibility?

ED cars are still US spec. BMW doesn't make a G20 330 MT for anyone. Only way to get a G20 MT is to move to Europe and buy a 320.
