I'm disappointed with BMW.
I'm also disapointed with this thread. I was expecting a video. |

Click the arrow on the right of the first image. Boom video. BUT... it's still a little disappointing. The backfires sounds too fake and intentional. Everyone wants to sound like a WRX/STi now.

Not as intentional as a merc where each backfire sounds the exact same. These backfires sound similar to my n55

What's disappointing is that the sound is mostly synthetic. |

What kills me is that Lamborghini and Ferrari are still making naturally aspirated engines. BMW could have gone another cycle with navturally aspirated M cars. Can you imagine an F80 with a 4.0 liter straight six? That would be insane. But nope....

Srsly; I just want a drop dead sexy car with a big ass motor and a 6spd dog leg . Unfortunately aston makes some prime candidates, but maintenance would clean me dry. V12 Vantage in stick the turbos are cool, but they make driving stick a bit off-putting since at lower gears it really easy to disrupt a smooth shift from so many variables. Like why leave out the V8. I dont want a fuel efficient M3 lol. I just bout a Honda pilot as my winter beater and that shit gets like 15mpg the way I drive. If you truly are a car person you don't give a shit about MPG and emissions. Sorry tree huggers |
