Quick & easy question re: spacers & anti-sieze

Where should one apply anti-sieze when using spacers. Between the hub & the spacer? Between the wheel and the spacer? Or between both the wheel & the spacer and between the spacer & the hub?

I only applied it between the hub and spacer, and it was fine for about 5 months. You can do both too.

Anywhere but on the lugs themselves.

Make sure you clean off the surface rust as well. You want to eliminate the hub contour and have a perfectly smooth mating surface.

both... its more likely to seize between the hub and the spacer (galvanic corrosion between the steel and the aluminum, but realistically, it can corrode in either place.

you can use either antiseize or high temp grease, just make sure you pick one with a high run temp or else it will liquify and run when hot.

i use either copper/nickel antiseize (if i have it) or high temp moly brake caliper grease.
