Advan RS are installed!

I just got the car back tonight (sorry, we had a monsoon before I picked it up so it's VERY dirty).

My Advan's are 18x8.5 et38 and 18x9.5 et35. I LOVE THEM!!! The car looks NASTY and like it's ready for the track. They look SO much better in real life.

I had the JIC Cross Coil-overs and the UUC Swaybars installed also. The ride is great (about the same as stock) and the handling is really good, but I didn't have the oppurtunity to really push it. I took a couple of corners hard and it's very flat and neutral.

I went with the GY Asymmetrics 245/35 fronts and 265/35 rears.

Looks great! The Advan RS wheels are so light yet still cast wheels!

However, just wondering why you went with the 265s in the rear instead of the 275s.

Yes, they are very light weight. Part of the reason I went with them. 17.8lbs for the fronts and 18.5lbs for the rears. I saved about 12lbs per corner!

No 275s in GY Asymmetrics, otherwise I would have.

Your car looks killer. 12lbs of unsprung weight is huge. Top shelf pieces all around

Well, AW325xi put Goodyear Asymmetrics on his, there's a multitude of tires that can be mounted on these. Goodyear Asymmetrics are Max performance summer tires.

What type of driving are you planning to do? Weather is quite good all year round here in Socal, so I imagine you'd want a set of summer tires. Let us know what type and we can suggest a few sets and the prices.

Thank you.

Wait till I get the M-tech front end on and rid of that chrome around the windows. Finally, some nice tasty BIG red brakes peering out from behind those wheels!
