In the new connected app... I can't add the remove feature... I entered last few digits of my VIN number and it says there is an error :S

I had the app already (in the U.S.) and got an update that referred to the Canadian version as the change.

When I do a search for BMW in the apple App Store, it comes up as the third from the top in the list. The top one is Connected Classic which is now obsolete.

Does this app enable the remote view 360? If so, is there a procedure to enable it?
I picked up a 2019 M550 (with premium, remote parking, and advance driver packages) and am trying to set up the remote view. I was able to activate the BMW connected app, and can lock the doors, flash the lights, ventilate the car, etc. But do not see the option to use the 360 remote view. I'll update with my software version when I get a chance later. Any help would be appreciated! |

has anyone had issues with completing the initial sign in? I can't get past the page where I input my address says "could not complete profile. There was a problem with the information ..." . Any ideas how to solve for this? Can BMW dealer help?

I had the dealer help me set up my account. Once they created the account, it took an hour for my account to activate as it processed through their servers.
