F30 navi retrofit (HU_ENTRY to NBT)

So I have a NBT-headunit with Bluetooth Audio, Bluetooth Handsfree and USB. But I am missing navigation badly.

What components do I need to get this thing sorted? I am guessing:
- NBT-headunit with navigation
- NBT-display (I have the crappy smallest one now).
- iDrive controller (pref. the touch version)
- GPS-antenna

I am guessing I have the combox installed since I have BT audio and handsfree?
Do I need modified cables for the iDrive controller with the NAV-button?
Something else?

There are alot of NBT Navi retrofit threads on forums, but they all seem to be changing from CIC to NBT. Not Non-Navi-NBT to Navi-NBT, like I want to.

If you have the 6.5" screen, you don't have NBT - you have HU_ENTRYNAV. NBT doesn't work with a smaller screen. Search for ENTRYNAV to NBT retrofit.

Oh dear. I have been browsing the forums about upgrading the HU_ENTRY to NBT. But the information is so scattered everywhere.

I have yet to find a definite list what I need to get and what I need to code to get navigation.
